ACTIVE START CAMP

The Active Start Camp runs Monday to Friday during the weeks advertised for 1 hour. The sessions are lead by Active Start certified LUSA coaches who will focus on basic soccer skills, mobility balance and coordination. The camp is made to be safe, fun and active for the ages of 3 – 5 years old.

The Soccer & Activities Camp runs Monday to Friday during the weeks advertised for 3 hours. The sessions are lead by our LUSA coaches who will focus on basic soccer skills, age appropriate development training, balance, mobility and coordination, with the addition of some non-soccer specific activities. The camp is made to be safe, fun and active for the ages of 6 – 12 years old. Players are grouped with both development stage and age in mind.
DEVELOPMENT CAMP

The Development Camp runs Monday to Friday during the weeks advertised for 3 hours. The sessions are lead by our Competitive Pathway certified LUSA coaches who will focus on technical play, spatial and game awareness, decision making, and speed of play training. The camp is made to be safe, fun and developmentally specific to soccer for the ages of 9 – 14 years old. Players are grouped with both development stage and age in mind.
FINAL ACTS & FINISHING CAMP

The Final Acts & Finishing Camp runs Monday to Friday during the weeks advertised for 3 hours. The sessions are lead by our certified LUSA coaches who will focus on goal scoring, shooting techniques, build up play in the final zone, and crossing & finishing. The camp is made to be safe, fun and developmentally specific to the attacking end of the game for the ages of 8 – 14 years old. Players are grouped with both development stage and age in mind.

The Goalkeeping Camp runs Monday to Friday during the weeks advertised for 3 hours. The sessions are lead by our certified LUSA coaches who will focus on goalkeeper specific techniques, positional understanding and awareness, and have opportunity to take part in the crossing activities for a game-like feel. The camp is made to be safe, fun and developmentally specific to the goalkeeper training for the ages of 8 – 14 years old. Players are grouped with both development stage and age in mind.
LEADERSHIP CAMPS (Leadership Boys / Leadership Girls)

The sessions are lead by our Leadership team and LUSA coaches who will focus on group work, self-leadership skills, community leadership skills and reflection and goalsetting all while participating in soccer-specific activities combined with leader development activities.. The camp is made to be safe, fun and empowering for the ages of 10 – 14 years old. Players are grouped with both development stage and age in mind.
