+ All registrations must be done online through our third party GotSoccer Registration tool.
+ There will be no in-person registration.
+ Registrants without online access or credit cards are asked to register online with the assistance of a friend, relative, employer or via public facilities (all local libraries provide free online access)
+ All new registrants must create an account with GotSoccer
+ You will need the following information in order to complete the registration process:

U12 to U18 players only
Be prepared to upload a headshot of the player. This is for their BC Soccer ID card. VERY IMPORTANT – this is a HEADSHOT OF THE PLAYER NOT A FULL BODY SHOT OR A PICTURE OF THE PARENT. All unregistered players are not permitted to practice or play as they are uninsured players, and in violation of the club’s liability insurance policy.
Fees
Administration fee
Each player will be charged a $25.00 non-refundable administration fee when registering for the fall season and a $10.00 non-refundable administration fee when registering for the Spring season, Moms & Dads program and any skills centre or camp registrations. This fee covers items such as credit card fees, administration expenses, field lining costs etc. This fee is not applied to the U5 program.
Third or More Child Fee
The third or more child fee is to be applied to the youngest child only. Full fees must be paid for the two oldest siblings. This does not apply to Active Start Programs.
U11 to U18 Development Fees
All U11 to U18 players must register online and pay the base registration fee. If a staff coach is assigned there will be a development fee set based on the requirements of the team.

If a player is assigned to a team, and it is deemed after four weeks that the player is incorrectly placed, LUSA has the right to move the player to a team that will match their ability.
Payments and Refunds
-Payment
All registrations must be done online through Ramp Interactive using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard). All transactions are secure. If you do not have a credit card, please contact the Registrar at 604-530-3470 or [email protected] to discuss payment options.
We do not accept cash.
-Financial Assistance
If you are applying for funding from Kidsport, JumpStart or any other program we require a copy of the application in one of three ways:

- via post to P.O Box 26015, Langley, BC, V3A 8J2
- by hand in a sealed envelope marked: ATTN: Nicole Reid at the LUSA Clubhouse 7707 202a St, Langley (please note the clubhouse is not always open and doesn’t have a post box.
A child will not be placed on a team without a copy of the application. Also a $50 deposit is required for each child being registered that you are applying for funding for, this will refunded once LUSA receive full payment of the child’s fees from the funding agency. Both the copy of the application and deposit are required before the child will be placed on a team.
-Refunds
LUSA will grant a full refund less a $25.00 administration fee prior to the first training session occurring for the Fall season, and a full refund less a $10.00 administration fee prior to the first training session occurring for the Spring season and academy session, skill Centre sessions and Camps. During the season, if a training session or game is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or field closures, no refund of any type will be granted. LUSA will attempt to make up games only at a later date but here are no guarantees. Once a program begins, no refunds will be offered.

Sworn affidavit (ie. Letter from school principal verifying birth date)

Coach information
+ All team officials (coaches, assistant coaches, and managers) must complete a criminal record check.
+ Criminal record check (CRC) is able to be done online for no fee using the link below and the Access Code: 799U5MTLYX

If you are unable to do the online CRC or prefer to do so physically; please download and print the form below; no fees are applied and take them into a local RCMP Detachment that provides these services.

+ All team officials must supply the Registrar with contact information including mailing address, email address, and contact phone numbers.
*U12 to U18 team officials also need to supply a headshot for BC soccer ID cards.
This information needs to be received by the Registrar by July 20 for the following fall season.
+ Girl’s teams must have one female official.
